Offline Data Entry Works Review - Part time home based jobs review

Today I am going to share my personal experience with you on these online typing jobs and part time Data entry works. Lets go category wise....

Objective and origin of such work: The world is going digital in almost everything so as reading. Earlier we use to read Books, Magazines, Novels, and many course books which needs lots of space to store those and even care to preserve them. Being digital now these process has been updated as E-books. Now there are lots of such books which needs to be to uploaded as E-Books and for that company needs employees who can type those.


Type of projects : Offline typing / Proofreading

Offline Typing: You will get 50/100/200/250 scanned pages via mail and you have to type it as it is in notepad/word doc. there will be a timeline to finish the work like 6/10/18 days based on the plan that you take. There are different plans which needs a specific registration fee.

Why registration fee??? A big question!!

After communicating with different firms i can finally understand that its a security deposit and is refundable to employee who is punctual and efficient. As it is an online recruitment and the franchisee is solely responsible for any unfinished and low quality work to the direct company. 

It seems very simple but as lengthy and boring as a clerk job. Those who have a min speed of typing 30wrds per min are eligible for this work as 1 pages will kill 30 mins of your time and to complete 20 pages per day you have to spend 10 hrs. Why 20 pages?? its a minimum requirement to submit total pages in given deadline. This is the reason they take security deposit to avoid unfinished work.

Now come to the registration process: These jobs are never free but the fee varies from company to company. Most of the firms you will find on internet are actually franchisees because direct companies never take the risk to allot such projects to individuals. The franchisee take the projects for certain time period with certain fees. So first you have to register with them by paying some security amount that can be anywhere from 500-5000. Some govt. firms are also providing the same projects for Rs.8000 (one time fees and refundable after 3 time project submission). 

The Payment Process: After submitting all the pages you have to wait for 2 days for you QC Report. The completed work will be quality checked by their software for any mistakes. The criteria is you must achieve 85% at QC report only in that case you will be paid. 3 days later you payment will be done through bank transfer/cheque/DD as per your convenient. Different companies are paying different prices for each page. Rs.40-Rs.90 per page as per you plan. You will be paid after 3-4 days from your QC report date.

QC Report process: As earlier mentioned these are scanned copies you have to type the data same as jpeg. file. You need not to make any changes if there is any grammatical mistake, spelling mistake, punctuation anything just type it as it is. Any changes will be considered as an error and every 3 mistakes will make you loose 1% of QC. So you are allowed to make 25% of mistakes and not more than that. If you are not passed in your first project you will be disqualified. Your money wont be refundable. But if you submit the files more than 85% accuracy for 3 times your security deposit will be refunded.
